Website accounts
When you register, Nourish stores your name, email, a password hash, account creation date, privacy-consent record and optional email-update preference in its hosted account database. Login sessions may include an IP address and browser information to protect accounts. Passwords are not stored as plain text.
The site owner can view and export registered names, email addresses, signup dates and update preferences. Your email is used for your account. Optional Nourish-update consent is recorded separately and is not required to use the planner. Verification and password-reset emails are not enabled yet, so email addresses are marked unverified.
Meal plans and doctor notes
Your nutrition specifications, doctor notes, recipes selected for your plan and activity journal stay in local storage in your browser, separated by your account ID. They are not sent to the account database or included in the owner’s email list. Use the backup feature to move your planner to another device. A backup contains your private notes and activity; keep it somewhere private.
Phone app and wearable data
The native Android and iPhone development versions can request optional read-only steps from Health Connect or Apple Health. Imported steps stay on your device and do not change nutrition targets. The Chrome website uses manual activity logging and cannot read those health services.
Your choices
You can delete your website account and registered email from the Account page after confirming your password. That also clears that account’s planner in the current browser; exported files and plans saved on other devices must be removed separately. Clearing browser data removes local plans. Revoke native health access in your phone’s health settings.
Network requests
The website uses HTTPS hosting and an account database. Hosting services receive ordinary request information. The browser planner may download fonts from Google Fonts. There are no advertising or analytics scripts in the planner. Calendar exports contain meal names and times.
